Pricing

Taking projects · Q4 2026

I write the price down before I start, and then I leave it alone.

Every website gets one fixed price, in writing, within a day, and it doesn't change once I start. If you'd like a rough number first, the estimator below gives a typical range.

It's free. The website is the part that costs money.

Four quick picks show a typical range. It never asks for an email.

Compare tiers

On the shelf

Every tier, line by line, so you can see what the extra weeks buy.

All three are hand-coded, fast and yours at launch. They differ in how much I design from scratch, how many rounds of changes you get, and how long it takes.

This is a ballpark. Your quote is a fixed number you get before I start, and it doesn't change after that.

Sold separately

Everything after launch is sold separately, and you can skip all of it.

For the first two months, fixes and small changes are free on every tier. After that, these are optional and billed separately, and you can always host the site yourself.

  • Technical SEO

    Structured data, crawlability, local pages.

  • Analytics & tracking

Goals that count leads, and a monthly report.

  • Hosting & care

I keep it online for a flat monthly fee.

  • Retainer

Monthly edits without a new quote each time.

Ask at the counter

The money questions, answered before you have to ask them.

How much does a website cost?

Every site is quoted on its scope, so there's no price list. Tell me what you need and you'll have a fixed price in writing within a day, and it doesn't change once I start.

Can the price change once you start?

No. You get a fixed number before I start, and it doesn't change after that.

What costs extra?

Before launch, the quote covers everything in your tier. After launch, hosting, monthly edits, technical SEO and analytics reports are optional and billed separately. A rush timeline costs more, and the estimator shows roughly how much.

What am I paying for?

The design, the code, the search setup and two months of fixes. There's no account manager in the middle, because the person quoting the site is the person building it.

How long does it take?

Templated sites take 2 to 4 weeks and semi-custom 4 to 6. I usually start within a week, and you'll have a preview link in the first one.

Who owns the website when it's done?

You do. The code, the domain, the hosting account and the analytics are in your name from launch day. If you leave, it all goes with you.

What if something breaks after launch?

For two months I fix it for free, along with small changes. After that you can pay me for hosting and edits, or take the code to anyone you like.

Clip and send

Fill in the coupon, and the price tag gets its number.

Tell me about the business and what the site has to do. The reply is a fixed price with a tier and a timeline, from the person who would write the code.

I read every message myself and reply within a day.
